Reading Lists

A guide to using the Reading Lists Online service.

Adding items to your reading list

Adding items to your reading list is easy. It's a two stage process - first you bookmark items using the Talis Aspire bookmark, and then you add the bookmarks to your reading list.

Once you've finished editing, you can publish your list. At this point, your updated list will be visible to students. It will also be added to the queue for checking by the reading list team, who will arrange Digital Copies where appropriate and purchase copies of books, DVDs and other materials as necessary. You will be notified by email when the list has been checked.

The navigation tabs on the left hand side detail how you can add content to your reading list. If you have not added content to a reading list before or you are using a different PC or web browser, we recommend that you look at Adding the Bookmarklet first.
