It is really important for all of us to take care of our mental health and wellbeing.
Our wellbeing area on the ground floor of the library is a great place to take some time and relax on our comfy beanbags. In this area you will also find self-help books, our reading for pleasure collection and mindful colouring. A full list of self help books are available on our self help reading list.
We also hold wellbeing coffee mornings at different times during the year. Follow us on Instagram @rhul_library to find out when they will be taking place.
